FREAKING QUIET! Cool blue LED (a tad dim though...), great cooler that's way better than stock.
Very large HSF unit possibly won't work on uATX boards or small cases.

Installed this into my aging Abit vi-7 system w/ Ultra mid-tower case and it fit beautifully. Check vendor's website for specs to check your system's PSU/RAM/Capacitor clearances (55cm radius from CPU center, 39mm height). My system is idling around 33c-35c and hits 45c under load. This is in a mid-tower with 2 120mm case fans on low, a 3.0 ghz 800fsb socket 478 CPU, 2 sticks of Patriot Extreme RAM, and a BFG GeForce 7800 GS OC video card. This unit comes with thermal grease, but I used Arctic Silver 5 instead. Great buy.

does its job very well easy install
Larger than expercted, unique mounting concept

Its definitely worth the buy for the price though i wish it was just a little smaller (it takes up a large amount of space). Easiest install of a CPU fan Ive done.

Quiet, LED fan, fan controller, cools surrounding components, supports various socket types, not too heavy
Could be a bit loud without the Fanmate, requires motherboard removal to install backplate.

This CPU cooler isn't as big as its 120-mm sibling, but still cools the CPU very nicely even being a copper/aluminum combination. The LED fan is a nice feature if a windowed side panel is used. The Fanmate does a good job of regulating the fan's rpm to limit the amount of noise and/or cooling effectiveness. Overall, it's a well-built cooler from Zalman.

Lots of Fins
Installation

To install on most of the motherboards, you have to take it out in the open. This design has a lot of surface area for heat to dissipate. It also has drawback that it gather dust when sitting as pictured. If it sits on its side, ie. the motherboard sits vertically and if you have vent hole, this design is perfect for your setup. I have this fan in both orientations and it cools the CPU very well.

Quiet
Huge

This Zalman CNPS 7000B-ALCU is hard to install since it is too big to fit in the normal motherboard. I tried to install into nForce4-A 754. I had to buy Abit AV8 to fit in. It may take your half of motherboard. It is not really quiet unless you use a controller, Fan Mate 2, to set the speed of the fan and so reduce the noise. Overall, it is a good CPU Cooler.
